Founder Leadership

Samantha Rockson brings over 15 years of experience in education, leadership, and community development, grounded in a deep passion for Positive Psychology and its power to transform learning, wellbeing, and opportunity. Her MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology, underpins the design of all Rocks Learning programmes, ensuring they are rooted in evidence‑based principles such as strengths‑building, motivation, resilience, and human flourishing. She also holds a BSc in Psychology, CMI Level 5 Leadership and Management, Level 3 Education and Training (AET), and Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance (IQA). As a qualified Neurodiversity Practitioner, she ensures that inclusivity, accessibility, and learner‑centred design are embedded throughout the organisation.

Alongside leading Rocks Learning, Samantha runs a UK Community Interest Company focused on AI awareness, digital inclusion, and community well-being, as well as an educational and media consultancy that amplifies Afroglobal voices and supports culturally relevant learning. Her work reflects a strong commitment to empowering underrepresented communities and ensuring emerging technologies serve the people most at risk of being left behind.
